These terms govern your use of designfoundry.agency and any services you engage with Design Foundry. Design Foundry is a Vancouver, BC design agency operated by Amit Goyani.
Website use
The content on this website, including design, copy, and case study materials, is the property of Design Foundry or the clients who own the work. Case study client work is displayed with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell our content without written consent.
Project engagements
Every client project is governed by a written statement of work. These website terms do not override or replace that agreement. Deliverables, payment terms, revisions, and ownership are defined per-project in the SOW.
Free audit service
The Free Website Audit is offered at no charge. You are under no obligation to hire us after receiving the audit. We deliver the audit in good faith based on the website URL you submit, and we will not share your information with third parties.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced for their project. Design Foundry retains the right to display the work as a case study and reference the client name unless explicitly contracted otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Design Foundry provides services with reasonable care and professional skill. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or engagement of our services beyond the fees paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
