Design Foundry is a Vancouver, BC design agency run by Amit Goyani. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit designfoundry.agency or hire us for a project, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form data — your name, email, company, website URL, and any context you submit through our forms.
- Analytics — anonymous page-level analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, country). No cookies that identify you personally.
- Email correspondence — the emails you send us when you engage in a project or request an audit.
What we do not collect
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not sell your information to anyone. Ever.
- We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
How we use your data
- To respond to project inquiries and deliver the work you hired us for.
- To send the website audit you requested.
- To improve our own site using aggregate analytics.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@designfoundry.agency and we will respond within 5 business days.
Data retention
We keep project records for the life of the client relationship plus 7 years for tax purposes. Audit request data is deleted 90 days after the audit is delivered unless you become a client.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted vendors — email hosting, analytics, and payment processing. Each has their own privacy practices, all aligned with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR-equivalent standards.
