Zero. There's no trial, no card, no upsell on the back end. Some audit recipients end up hiring us later, which is how we can justify giving the audit away. Most don't, and that's fine too.
Delivered within 48 hours of submission. We usually turn them around in 24, but we promise 48 so the number is honest. If anything would make us miss that window, we email you before the deadline, not after.
Yes. After the audit lands, there's a Calendly link in the summary email for a 30-minute call. If you'd rather skip the written audit and go straight to a call, mention that in the context field and we'll switch to that mode.
Yes. The audit is useful on its own. Keep it, share it with your team, shop it against other proposals. If you hire us six months from now, we'll pick up from where the audit left off. If you never do, you still walk away with fixes you can use.
Yes, if you need one. Reply to the confirmation email with your NDA and we'll countersign before opening the site. If you don't need one, we won't ask. The audit covers only public pages unless you share something private, in which case an NDA comes first.
